Our client, a leading organization in the technology and IT services sector, is seeking a ServiceNow Consultant to join their team. As a ServiceNow Consultant, you will be part of the IT Operations Management support team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: ServiceNow Consultant

Location: Fort Mill, South Carolina

What's the Job?

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-grade IT Operations Management (ITOM) and observability solutions.
• Integrate and orchestrate tools such as Dynatrace, SolarWinds, AlertSite, and ServiceNow modules (CMDB, Event Management, CSDM).
• Work closely with customers to drive Event management, ServiceNow CMDB accuracy, CI Mapping, and automation across hybrid environments.
• Oversee analysis and identification of automation opportunities, developing and deploying automation scripts and workflows.
• Architect and maintain a governed CMDB aligned with CSDM best practices, ensuring accurate service mapping and CI relationships.

What's Needed?

• 7+ years of experience in ITOM architecture, preferably with ServiceNow.
• Deep expertise in CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CSDM.
• Hands-on experience with Dynatrace, SolarWinds, AlertSite, and other observability platforms.
• Strong understanding of ITIL, ITSM, and Change Management processes.
• Certification in ServiceNow or Observability Tools is preferred.
