Your work will impact customers in over 170 countries around the globe, delivering new features and capabilities to the additive manufacturing industry. What you will be doing You will solve challenging problems involving 2D and 3D computational geometry, motion planning, machine kinematics, optimization algorithms, and numerical simulation You will employ performance optimization techniques allowing customers to process highly complex 3D designs at real‑time speeds You will collaborate with our engineering team to integrate next generation 3D printers into the software, exploiting new machine capabilities for improved results You will provide insight to our product and leadership teams to help develop the roadmap for future software releases Who you are You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or 3+ years of relevant commercial experience You have strong mathematics skills in areas such as linear algebra, trigonometry, and numerical methods You have experience implementing and optimizing complex algorithms and data structures You have the perseverance and determination required to work through challenging problems that have never been solved before You enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment and collaborating with others You can work from our office in Cincinnati with access to one of the largest collections of different 3D printers in the world.
