Overview Hylaine is seeking a Salesforce Professional with hands-on OmniStudio experience to join our team. Candidate can sit within any of our market locations: Charlotte, NC; Atlanta, GA; Raleigh, NC; Dallas Fort Worth, TX; Indianapolis, IN. This role involves designing, configuring, and implementing end-to-end Salesforce solutions that drive operational efficiency and enhance customer experiences. What you'll need OmniStudio Development: Design and implement Salesforce OmniStudio solutions, including OmniScripts, DataRaptors, FlexCards, and Integration Procedures. Build dynamic, user-friendly interfaces using OmniStudio\'s declarative tools. Salesforce Configuration & Customization: Configure Salesforce core components to align with business requirements. Collaboration: Gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders. Integration & Automation: Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and OmniStudio tools; automate processes using Flow Builder, Apex, and OmniStudio\'s declarative automation tools. Testing & Quality Assurance: Perform unit testing and support QA processes; monitor and troubleshoot issues within Salesforce and OmniStudio components. Documentation & Training: Create detailed documentation for implemented solutions and provide training to end-users; maintain up-to-date records of Salesforce configurations and customizations. Collaboration & Innovation: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, business analysts, and stakeholders; stay current with Salesforce updates and new OmniStudio features. Requirements Salesforce Certification: Preferred certifications include Salesforce OmniStudio Developer, Salesforce Administrator, or Salesforce Platform App Builder. Proven experience with Salesforce and OmniStudio tools (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, FlexCards, Integration Procedures). Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data models.
