Job Description
Pro-Ag Farmers Cooperative is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Agronomist to join our team in Minnesota. As a Sales Agronomist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling chemical, pesticide, and fertilizer products to farmers and agricultural producers in the region. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide them with recommendations on the best products for their specific crops and soil conditions. Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or agronomy preferred
- Knowledge of crop management practices, soil science, and agronomic principles
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
