Repair, assemble, and test medical endoscopes (rigid, flexible, and optical) Follow ISO-certified procedures to ensure top-quality standards Diagnose issues and document findings for customer service Report damaged tools or parts and support continuous improvement Collaborate with a team and take on additional tasks as needed Represent the company with professionalism and integrity
Bench setup for detailed repair work (small and large diameter scopes) Cleanroom, temperature-controlled facility Scrubs provided upon permanent hire
6-month hands-on training program Learn testing, repair techniques, and how to prepare work orders and quotes Gain skills in calibrating medical equipment (no prior experience needed)
1+ year of experience in assembly or electrical repair Comfortable working under a microscope and performing repetitive tasks Strong hand-eye coordination and experience with hand tools Detail-oriented and eager to learn
Experience with small components, electronics, or medical devices Experience in jewelry or watch repair Tech-savvy (e.g., phone/laptop repair)

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
