PeopleSoft Administrator Location: Washington, D.C. (on-site) Make an Impact Where It Matters Most Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. (Blue Rose) is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Administrator to support a federal client in maintaining and enhancing their enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. In this technical role, you will provide administration, upgrade support, and security oversight of the PeopleSoft platform. This includes configuring and managing environments, handling database integrations, and implementing advanced security architecture across federal systems. What You'll Do As a PeopleSoft Administrator, you will support the stability and scalability of an enterprise system relied on by a mission-critical government agency. Core Responsibilities * Administer and maintain PeopleSoft environments in coordination with infrastructure teams * Perform PeopleSoft database upgrades, patches, and migrations * Configure and monitor system performance, backups, and recoveries * Implement and manage PeopleSoft Security Architecture * Support production and non-production environments * Ensure system compliance with federal cybersecurity and operational standards Schedule & Shift Details * Full-time (40 hours/week) * On-site expectations in Washington, D.C.
