Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise warehouse associates and ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are inspected, recorded, and processed according to standard operating procedures.
• Ensure shipping requests, including temperature-controlled and white glove shipments, meet customer requirements.
• Plan and adjust daily labor needs, match tasks to associate skill sets, and maintain productivity and quality targets.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety, security, and regulatory guidelines related to hazardous materials and GMP operations.
• Respond quickly to customer complaints, quality issues, and floor errors, coordinating with Quality representatives as needed.
• Prepare daily work schedules and issue clear written and oral instructions.
• Oversee accuracy of inventory receipt, data entry, storage, and put away processes.
• Identify discrepancies in incoming shipments and communicate with customers to resolve issues.
• Ensure accurate shipping of international and hazardous material orders and perform or assign physical inventory counts.
• Promote cross training, equipment maintenance, and continuous process improvement across the warehouse team.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience supervising or leading warehouse or operations personnel.
• Strong understanding of shipping, receiving, inventory accuracy, and workflow coordination.
• Experience working in regulated environments such as GMP, temperature-controlled storage, or hazardous materials handling.
• Ability to manage productivity metrics, quality indicators, and internal KPIs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external customers.
• Ability to identify process inefficiencies and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
• Solid understanding of warehouse systems and tools, including RF scanning and inventory databases.
