Join Sky Lakes Medical Center as a full-time nurse practitioner or physician associate and be part of a strong team of Family Medicine providers in Klamath Falls, Oregon.

This is a highly flexible position where you will have autonomy while working in a primary care outpatient setting. There are no required procedures, but being comfortable with basics such as suturing, casting, splinting, and toenail removal is ideal. This is an opportunity to join a collegial group in a position that offers unprecedented flexibility and autonomy while serving patients throughout southern Oregon.

Position Details:

• Full-time outpatient-only position
• Monday to Friday schedule with 1 day of administrative work
• Flexible schedule with a large amount of autonomy
• Low call volume with rotating call across entire team
• Call is only 1-week 2 times per year from 5 p.m. to 8 a.m.
• Typically work with 16 to 18 patients per day

Compensation & Benefits:

• Compensation is between $135,000 and $140,000 per year
• $30,000 sign-on bonus
• Relocation assistance is available
• CME allowance available
• SLRP loan repayment options

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must be a board-certified/board-eligible NP/PA
• 1 to 2 years of experience is preferred
• New graduates with familiarity with Family Medicine are welcome to apply
