Responsibilities

• Provide daily customer inquiries and support requests related to LMS administration
• Assist the HR Tier 1 team in answering questions and managing compliance training uploads
• Manage and upload nursing orientation rosters and compliance reports to Cornerstone
• Handle training transcript report requests and mandatory training assignments
• Participate in monthly mandatory calls related to LMS administration and user support

Qualifications

• Strong Excel formula skills, particularly with VLOOKUP
• Expertise in Cornerstone LMS; experience with SumTotal is a plus
• Solid communication skills and customer service etiquette
• Experience with HR case management systems (e.g., ServiceNow HRSD) is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and inquiries efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

• E-learning development skills (e.g., Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, and Rise 360)
• Experience with Cornerstone Performance Observation Checklists
• Previous experience in a similar HR or training support role
