About the Role:

Romet Healthcare Services is seeking a passionate and dedicated LPN/LVN to join our Home Healthcare team in Brandon, FL. As a Nurse with us, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients and be part of a supportive and collaborative team.

Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include Patient Care, Medication Administration, and Clinical Documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care for patients.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
• Collaborate with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Requirements:

• Current LPN/LVN license in the state of Florida.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability to work PRN shifts as needed.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate empathy and compassion towards patients.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
