About the Position
We’re seeking a dependable, driven, and detail-oriented Cabinet Installer with at least two years of experience. This role requires someone who can provide clear direction, work independently or as part of a team, thrive on solving challenges in the field, and be able to lift large cabinets. You’ll work closely with homeowners, contractors, and our existing team to ensure installations are completed on time with precision and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Install custom cabinets with accuracy and efficiency
• Read and interpret blueprints and plans
• Take precise measurements and ensure a perfect fit
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Provide clear direction on job sites and lead by example
• Adapt to changing site conditions and resolve issues quickly
• Load and unload cabinets daily
• Maintain a clean, organized work area

Qualifications

• 2+ years of cabinet installation experience
• Dependable, self-motivated, and committed to quality work
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Ability to read and follow blueprints
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Professional communication skills with clients and contractors
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Able to pass a background check
