Job Title: Executive Chef - Locally Source Fresh Ingredients

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000

We are seeking a creative and passionate Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and shape the future of our kitchen. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, innovation, and a deep respect for regional ingredients and cuisine.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation of all menu items
Design and execute seasonal menus that reflect the culinary character of Blue Ridge, GA, while offering unique and memorable dishes
Manage kitchen staff hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are met or exceeded
Oversee inventory, food costs, waste control, and kitchen budgeting
Collaborate with the General Manager on events, wine pairings, and special menus
Build strong relationships with local farmers and purveyors to highlight the best of what Blue Ridge, GA has to offer
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a high-volume, upscale environment
Deep knowledge of seasonal and regional ingredients, especially those found in and around Blue Ridge, GA
Proven leadership skills and the ability to foster a positive kitchen culture
Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
ServSafe Certification or equivalent preferred
