We’re hiring Entry-Level Recruiters who are ready to jump in, learn the ropes, and grow quickly. In this role, you’ll help connect top talent to opportunities, represent our clients face-to-face, and help drive growth by building strong, lasting relationships.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role needs and team dynamics
Find and connect with candidates through job boards, social media, and local events
Review resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess fit
Schedule interviews and support the hiring process from start to finish
Help coordinate team outings, company events, and culture-building initiatives
Support basic office operations and admin tasks
