Job Summary/Company:
Sparks Group has teamed with several prominent and successful companies in the Metro DC area to identify junior to senior-level Contracts Administrators. • Responsible for cradle to grave contracts administration including preparing and negotiating nondisclosure agreements, teaming agreements, and subcontract agreements in accordance to DCAA/DCMA requirements; reviewing prime contract requirements, special provisions, and terms and conditions to develop appropriate prime flow-downs; identifying proposal compliance elements and ensuring the requirements are adequately addressed, and conducting all pricing/quote requests and negotiations
• Working with various contracts such as, T&M, FFP, CPFF, IDIQ and BPAs
• Maintain contract files and other documentation to ensure compliance with Contracting Purchasing Systems Review (CPSR) requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with cradle-to-grave commercial, federal, state and local government contract administration
• Solid understanding of regulations including FAR, DFAR, AIDAR and CAS
• Understanding of UCC is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
• Knowledge of CPSR requirements is highly desired
