We are looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our team on a contract basis in Denver, Colorado. In this role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of contract management, ensuring compliance and efficiency in all related processes. This position is ideal for a candidate with strong attention to detail, organizational, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end contract process, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contract terms.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards in all contract-related activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate contract agreements.
• Conduct periodic audits of contracts to ensure accuracy and adherence to organizational policies.
• Handle calls for bids and evaluate proposals from multiple vendors.
• Provide guidance on contractual terms and conditions to internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of all contract documentation and updates.
• Support contract-related activities for new property acquisitions, ensuring a seamless process.
• Identify potential risks in contracts and recommend solutions to mitigate them.• Proven experience in contract administration, management, and negotiations.
• Strong understanding of contract law and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with conducting contract audits and evaluating compliance.
• Experience in managing contracts for property acquisitions is a plus.
