We are looking for a detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to join our team on a contract basis in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this role, you will manage and oversee various aspects of contract administration, ensuring compliance and accuracy throughout the process. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team and work on diverse contractual matters. This role is 100% onsite in our Blue Ash office. NO REMOTE availability. This contract assignment will last 6 months.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to ensure terms align with company policies and objectives.

• Monitor contract performance and compliance to ensure obligations are met by all parties involved.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to address contract-related inquiries and resolve issues.

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of contracts and related documentation for easy access and tracking.

• Participate in bid calls, including preparing documentation and evaluating proposals.

• Evaluate contract pricing and terms to ensure alignment with organizational goals and market standards.

• Provide guidance and recommendations to internal teams regarding contract structure and risk management.

• Assist in the resolution of disputes or discrepancies related to contract terms and performance.

• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure contracts remain compliant.

• Proven experience in contract administration, management, or a related field.

Ideal contractor will have a Juris Doctorate and ideally licensed. Other applicable experience will be considered.

• Strong knowledge of contract law, negotiation strategies, and compliance requirements.

• Proficiency in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a variety of contractual agreements.

• Familiarity with bid processes and contract pricing methodologies.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse teams.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency with contract management software and tools is preferred.
