We are looking for a Contracts Administrator to join our team in Cary, North Carolina. This contract position requires a detail-oriented individual to manage and process various agreements, including license contracts and NDAs, while supporting procurement operations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment and demonstrate strong organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:
• Support the deal desk by managing and processing contracts, including license agreements and non-disclosure agreements.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure all contract-related tasks are completed efficiently.
• Enter and maintain accurate data related to contracts in relevant systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during contract processing.
• Modify and draft contracts as necessary to meet organizational needs.
• Analyze contract terms and conditions to identify potential risks or areas for improvement.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and attorneys to address contract-related inquiries.
• Participate in weekly team meetings and maintain regular communication through Slack.
• Maintain a thorough and inquisitive approach to ensure all contract details are accurate.
• Adapt to flexible work hours while ensuring timely completion of tasks.• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in contract administration or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with compliance standards and contract management processes.
• Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records.
• Ability to draft, review, and modify legal contracts such as NDAs and license agreements.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with procurement teams and legal professionals.
• Adept at analyzing contract terms and identifying potential risks.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
