Position Summary Drives a transit mixer truck with auxiliary concrete mixer to deliver concrete to job sites. $2500 Hiring Bonus! Essential Duties & Responsibilities Perform daily pre and post-trip safety checks on equipment and truck. Back or drive truck under loading hopper, prepare mixer to receive concrete, and follow dispatch instructions. Drive to designated sites for unloading, identify safe conditions, and operate chute controls for proper discharge. Wash out truck and replace chute after delivery, and spray surfaces with protective compounds as needed. Monitor vehicle safety features and coordinate repairs. Assist with plant or yard duties during lighter workload periods. Position Requirements and Education High school diploma or GED. Class B CDL required, valid NE driver’s license, and ability to meet insurability requirements. Ability to read instructions, maps, load tickets, SDS sheets, and memos. Must meet DOT physical requirements and carry current exam card. Flexible schedule, including late or irregular hours during busy seasons.
