Chef – Woodland Terrace | Leisure Care Managed Community

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a skilled kitchen team with creativity and enthusiasm
• Oversee daily food preparation, ensuring quality and presentation exceed expectations
• Manage food and labor costs while maintaining high standards
• Collaborate to design flavorful, seasonal menus that delight residents and guests
• Foster a culture of teamwork, growth, and exceptional hospitality

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of kitchen experience
• 2+ years as a Chef or Executive Chef (restaurant, hotel, or senior living experience preferred)
• ServSafe certification
• A passion for innovation, flavor, and creating memorable dining experiences
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
