$1500 Sign On Bonus

Ready to shift gears into a role where your skills actually move the company forward? We’re looking for a dependable CDL Class A driver who knows their way around a flatbed, can handle up to 18 speeds like a pro, and isn’t afraid to get their hands a little dirty loading and unloading equipment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Transporting and securing various equipment and connex boxes
  • Operating flatbed trailers, dovetail trailers, and (bonus points!) lowboys
  • Strapping down loads safely and efficiently—no shortcuts here
  • Taking verbal direction and completing tasks independently without babysitting
  • Supporting a growing company with a boots-on-the-ground attitude

What We’re Looking For:

  • Valid CDL Class A with no restrictions
  • Experience with flatbed and specialty trailers
  • Confidence driving manual transmissions up to 18 speeds
  • A self-starter who can take direction and run with it
  • Someone who sees a challenge and says, “I got this”

Why Join Us? We’re not just another outfit—we’re building something solid. This is your chance to get in early with a company that values grit, growth, and good people. If you’re looking for a role where your work matters and your future grows with us, let’s talk.

Perks:

  • Competitive pay
  • Room to grow as we expand
  • Supportive team that respects your time and talent

Duties:

- Safely operate a variety of trucks, including but not limited to refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, dump trucks, and tankers.
- Transport goods and materials from one location to another.
- Load and unload cargo using forklifts or other heavy equipment.
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving commercial vehicles.
- Inspect vehicles before and after each trip to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel usage.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety and transportation.

Experience:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a truck driver.
- Experience with manual transmission vehicles.
- Familiarity with operating various types of trucks, including refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, dump trucks, and tankers.
- Knowledge of freight handling and transportation procedures.

Skills:

- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with the appropriate endorsements.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts.
- Strong understanding of traffic laws and regulations for commercial drivers.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and coworkers.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. The employee may be required to perform other related duties as requested by the company.

Please submit your resume highlighting your relevant experience as a truck driver. Only qualified candidates will be contacted for an interview.
