What You’ll Do:

• Build and assemble custom cabinetry with precision and attention to detail.
• Install cabinets and related components on job sites, ensuring a flawless final result.
• Work closely with our design team to ensure every project meets both aesthetic and functional requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment on job sites.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to complete projects efficiently and to the highest standards.
• Continuously improve skills and techniques, taking on new challenges and opportunities for growth.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a cabinetmaker and installer (3+ years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of woodworking tools, techniques, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• A growth mindset with a passion for learning new skills, techniques, and technologies.
• A positive attitude towards feedback and continuous improvement.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
