Cabinet Installer – Delivery & Installation

Location: Spartanburg, SC
Job Type: Full-Time | Field-Based
Compensation: $25–$35 per hour DOE

About the Role

GSP Cabinetry is hiring experienced Cabinet Installers to join our elite field team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for both delivering and installing cabinets in residential new construction homes. This is not an entry-level role — we are seeking skilled tradespeople who take pride in their work, meet deadlines, and understand the importance of accuracy and professionalism in the field.

Installers work under the direction of the Field Manager and are responsible for executing clean, efficient, high-quality cabinet installations that meet builder timelines and GSP’s standards.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery

• Load, transport, and deliver cabinetry and accessories to job sites using a company vehicle

• Unload and handle cabinets with care, ensuring accurate placement based on site layout

• Confirm all items match the packing list and report any discrepancies before installation

️ Installation

• Install a full range of cabinetry: base, wall, tall, and vanity units

• Ensure all cabinets are level, plumb, secured properly, and match the layout plan

• Install scribe molding, toe kick, filler strips, panels, and other trim components

• Read blueprints, builder layouts, and cabinet drawings

• Identify jobsite challenges and resolve them or escalate to the Field Manager

• Maintain a clean and safe work area, ensuring professionalism on every job

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years professional experience in cabinet installation or finish carpentry

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required (daily use of company vehicle)

• Proficiency with installation techniques, tools, and materials

• Ability to read construction plans and layout drawings

• Strong attention to detail, efficiency, and craftsmanship

• Capable of lifting 75+ lbs throughout the day and working in residential construction environments

• All necessary tools are provided by the company
