We are looking for a talented Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to transform organizational data into meaningful insights that drive decision-making. This role involves creating and managing dynamic reporting solutions, ensuring data accuracy, and collaborating with teams to define key metrics. Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support data-driven decision-making.
• Analyze and transform complex financial and operational data into clear, impactful visualizations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with various departments to identify reporting needs and establish key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure the accuracy, security, and performance of data across all reporting platforms.
• Troubleshoot data inconsistencies, manage reporting processes, and maintain thorough documentation.
• Automate compliance reporting and support audit requirements with advanced analytics.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on Power BI and other reporting tools to improve data proficiency.
• Work with data modeling, relational databases, and pipelines to optimize reporting efficiency.
• Partner with technical teams to integrate and optimize Yardi Voyager and Yardi Data Connect systems.• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Power BI development and data visualization, with a focus on attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of Yardi systems, including Yardi Voyager and Yardi Data Connect, is a plus.
• Proficiency in Power Query, data modeling, and relational database design.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present data insights effectively.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, SharePoint, or other cloud-based tools is preferred.
• Background in financial reporting, including budget development and performance metrics, is a strong advantage.
