What does a successful Benefits Analyst do at Fiserv? As a Benefits Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the benefits function in a fast-paced and associate-driven environment. You will support various associate benefit programs such as health and wellness benefits and retirement plans, ensuring regulatory compliance, resolving issues, managing documentation, and promoting programs effectively.

What you will do?

  • Handle daily benefits mail including responding to ERISA requests for benefits information.
  • Complete monthly benefits billing to ensure payments are processed timely and accurately.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to benefits programs including providing assistance in non-routine scenarios that may arise concerning benefits.
  • Support various associate benefit programs including health, wellness benefits, and retirement plans.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations related to all associate benefit programs, correspondence and participant inquiries.
  • Assist in review and updating manuals, summary plan descriptions, and other relevant benefits materials. Maintain current benefits content on company intranet and microsites.
  • Support development of communication materials and coordinate benefits events to enhance employee understanding of the company's benefit programs.

What you will need to have?

  • 1+ years of professional work experience
  • Experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field

What would be great to have?

  • U.S. benefits administration background, professional certification in HR/Benefits and knowledge of government regulations

  • This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding.
