We offer a clear career ladder (BCBA → Lead → Senior → Assistant Clinical Director → Clinical Director), free CEUs, and mentorship opportunities through our Bridge Program. With ethical caseloads, a supportive clinical leadership team, and 100+ locations nationwide, we empower you to build a sustainable career doing what you love. You’ll also have access to up to 2 remote work-from-home days per month for flexibility and balance. We offer generous compensation and a clinician-created bonus with a total compensation range of $80,000 - $124,000.
