Youll distill complex information into clear actions, empowering our clients to make informed decisions and becoming a trusted advisor.This is a sample of projects our analysts help support:Estimating unpaid property and casualty insurance liabilities, with a disciplined approach to understanding the data, products, coverages, claims function, and reserving methodologies.Ratemaking for property and casualty insurance products, including rate level indications, deductible factors, increased limit factors, territorial rating, and classification plans; applying rating plan segmentation tools from machine learning to generalized linear models.Pricing for new insurance programs and emerging risksAnalyzing reinsurance program placements using experience and exposure-based methods, along with risk transfer testing of reinsurance programs.Qualifications:Successfully completed 1+ CAS exams, with an expectation to work towards ACAS or FCAS.Advanced Excel experience. You should be comfortable with:Using V-Lookup/Index-MatchCreating & manipulating Pivot TablesImplementing & editing VBA macrosBest practices around data integrityExperience with coding and using the statistical functions of either R or Python for data processing, modeling, and visualizations.
