HIGH REACH FORKLIFT OPERATOR (FREEZER)

ShareSTAFF is actively seeking experienced High Reach Forklift Drivers to join our growing team in a cold storage freezer environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a High Reach Driver who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse setting and takes pride in safety, accuracy, and productivity.

Position Overview:

As a High Reach Forklift Driver, you will play a key role in maintaining efficient warehouse operations. You’ll operate high reach trucks to move, stack, and organize palletized goods throughout our distribution center. The ideal High Reach Driver is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in cold conditions.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a high reach forklift to move products, materials, and pallets throughout the warehouse.
• Put away and retrieve palletized goods from racks at various heights using the high reach truck.
• Pick and stage outbound shipments from high-level racks to prepare for delivery.
• Accurately scan, count, and record inventory using RF systems.
• Load and unload materials from pallets, skids, and trailers.
• Perform daily maintenance checks on your high reach forklift and report any issues.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment, including battery charging and upkeep.
• Support other warehouse operations and assist with general material handling as needed.

Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):

• Proven experience as a High Reach Driver or High Reach Forklift Operator (required).
• Ability to work in extreme freezer temperatures (as low as -20&degree;F).
• Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and warehouse efficiency.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg); heavier lifting may be required.
• Basic math and computer skills; familiarity with RF scanners preferred.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and overtime.
• Comfortable working in a noisy warehouse environment.
